Presentations - Presentations typically range from 45 to 90 minutes and can be customized for your specific needs. A variety of presentation topics are available and are designed to be delivered to small groups as well as large audiences at conferences. ( View List )

Seminars - Seminars typically range from 2 - 4 hours and include presentations, individual activities, and group experiential learning activities. Seminars can be customized to your specific needs or leadership challenges but all are designed to provide the particpants with real world examples and lots of "take homes."

Workshops and Retreats - Workshops and retreats are always customized for the clients' specific needs and include extensive leadership, challenges, team building, as well as individual and group experiential learning activities. Workshops and retreats range from 1 to 5 days.
